Holy what there’s this olddd religion in india and iran thats very similar to christianity, its called zoroastrianism except the only difference is they believe as soon as someone dies, god has taken their soul to heaven in turn to selling the body of the person to the devil, which is actually a creative concept but in order to dispose of the bodies, they take them to this huge circular elevated ring like 50ft high in the desert with a pit in the middle and they lay the bodies around it so animals can take it and it can become one with the earth again like WHAT what is this and why have I never heard of it? There are tonss of these structures in the desert now that I googled it. So. Freaking. Creepy.
